1. Products & Availability

We offer patented beach accessories and apparel designed for comfort, convenience, and style. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify items at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout system. By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• All information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Beach Mule is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

Some exclusions apply. Custom or clearance items are final sale.

The Beach Mule Clip is designed for use with standard backpack beach chairs. Improper use may result in product failure or injury. Please carry at your own risk. We are not responsible for the construction or quality of your chair. Always inspect the clip before each use.

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or use with incompatible products.
